These oven-baked fries from Spoonsparrow allow you to indulge with a clear conscience, as they are much healthier than the fried fast food classic.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg waxy potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • coarse Sea salt

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into approximately 1 cm thick fries. Toss with oil and a little salt on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; Gas: mark 2-3) for about 35 minutes, turning the fries occasionally.

    Meanwhile, wash parsley, shake dry, and roughly chop the leaves. Serve the oven fries sprinkled with parsley and coarse sea salt.
