Asia Kale: A true feast for the eyes is this Asian, wonderfully light and crunchy kale variation.

Ingredients

  • 1 red chili
  • 100 g Onions (2 onions)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g kale
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 0.5 lime
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

    Halve the chili lengthwise, remove the seeds and roughly chop it.

  2. 2.

    Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.

  3. 3.

    Select the kale and pluck the kale leaves from the woody stems.

  4. 4.

    Heat the wok. Add oil and swirl to distribute. Add garlic, chili and onion dice and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

    Wash the kale, place it in the wok dripping wet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

  6. 6.

    Squeeze half a lime. Mix 2 tsp of lime juice and soy sauce into the kale, season with pepper and season with salt if desired.
