Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets skinless (160 g each; e.g., cod, perch, salmon)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g bacon
- 2 tbsp herb butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to grill setting.

Cut the fish fillets crosswise into halves and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms and quarter them. Peel the garlic cloves and slice thinly. Dice the bacon.

In an oven-safe pan, melt the herb butter, then quickly sauté the mushrooms, garlic, and bacon until fragrant. Add the fish, place the pan in the preheated oven, and bake for 8–10 minutes to gratinate.
