Fruit Salad with Honey

The Spoonsparrow fruit salad with honey comes without household sugar and tastes wonderfully fruity.

Ingredients

  • 1 Nectarine
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Banana
  • 1 small pear
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 80 g green grapes
  • 60 g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Wash the nectarine, halve it, remove the pit and dice the flesh into small cubes. Peel the orange all around with a sharp knife so that no white pith remains visible. Then cut the segments out of the peel and break them into pieces.

    Squeeze the juice from the remaining peels into a large bowl. Add the orange pieces, nectarine, and lemon juice. Peel the banana, split it lengthwise, and cut it into chunks. Wash the pear (peel if desired), remove the core, and cut it into small pieces.

    Add these as well and mix well. Peel the kiwis, quarter them lengthwise, and cut into pieces. Wash the grapes and halve them. Rinse the blueberries and pat dry. Combine everything and sweeten the fruit salad with honey to taste.
