Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cm ginger
  • parchment paper

Instructions

    Wash the peaches, halve them and remove the pits. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.

    Place each peach half cut-side up on a piece of parchment paper, add a small piece of cinnamon stick, some ginger slices, and one star anise. Drizzle lightly with honey, fold the parchment over the fruit to seal it. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, then arrange on plates and serve.
