Oriental fruit salad by Spoonsparrow tastes especially good as a sweet breakfast or fruity dessert.
Ingredients
- 300 g green grapes
- 3 pink grapefruits
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 30 g sultanas
- 1 tbsp honey
- 30 g unsalted pistachios
- 40 g almond kernels
- bio rose petals (for garnish)

Rinse the grapes and cut them in half. Peel the grapefruits all around with a sharp knife, removing any white pith. Cut the segments from the membranes and halve them. Squeeze the juice from the remaining grapefruits and collect it. Mix the rose water into the juice and add the sultanas.

Combine the grapefruit segments with the grapes and sweeten with honey. Roughly chop the pistachios and split the almonds lengthwise. Mix the sultanas with the fruit salad and distribute onto cups or dessert bowls. Sprinkle the nuts on top and serve the oriental fruit salad garnished with rose petals.
