Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- paprika (to taste)
- 30 g clarified butter (for the roasting pan)
- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 ripe apples
- 1 head of garlic
- 4 sprigs thyme

Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place them in a greased roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes, basting occasionally with the clarified butter.

Wash the peaches and apples, quarter them and remove pits. Slice the garlic crosswise. Wash thyme, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking, add the fruit and garlic to the thighs and roast together.

Arrange the thighs on a warmed plate, top with the roasted fruit and garlic, and garnish with thyme leaves before serving.
