  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 400 g Green Beans
  • 0.5 untreated lemon (zest)
  • 1 tbsp butter

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with upper and lower heat. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Combine curry powder, honey, and oil; season with salt and pepper. Brush the mixture over the meat and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, basting with oil several times.

    Wash, trim, and boil the beans in salted water for about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss in hot butter with lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the chicken breasts diagonally, arrange on a plate with the beans, and serve topped with tomato chutney.
