Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 red bell pepper (and 1 yellow)
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Brush the chicken with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut into wide strips. Peel the onion and slice lengthwise.

    Brush the vegetables with a little oil as well.

    Grill the chicken over high heat for about 4 minutes per side. Grill the vegetables on foil for about 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper, then plate alongside the chicken.
