Ingredients
- 300 g puff pastry (frozen, 5 sheets)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 8 raisins
- 8 hard‑boiled eggs
- colorful confectionery for decoration
Instructions

Let the pastry sheets thaw while placed side by side. Stack them and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Cut or wheel out eight 10 cm circles. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Whisk together egg yolk and cream, then brush each circle with the mixture.

Press one raisin into the center of each pastry as an eye. Place a hard‑boiled egg in the middle of each circle. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, then let cool. Carefully remove the eggs from the dough (use them elsewhere) and place small sugar-coated eggs inside the pastries.
