Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • 600 g diced canned tomatoes
  • 250 g Greek rice pasta
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
  • 125 g feta

Instructions

    Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them, and sauté in a pot with 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent.

    Add the tomatoes, then stir in the pasta. Season with salt and pepper, cook over medium heat while stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.

    Stir in the oregano, taste, and serve sprinkled with crumbled feta.
