Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- olive oil
- 600 g diced canned tomatoes
- 250 g Greek rice pasta
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
- 125 g feta
Instructions

Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them, and sauté in a pot with 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent.

Add the tomatoes, then stir in the pasta. Season with salt and pepper, cook over medium heat while stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
