Ingredients
- 400 g feta cheese
- 200 g puff pastry (frozen)
- 1 egg yolk
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.25 tsp Dried thyme

Cut the feta lengthwise into sticks about 2 cm thick. Cut the puff pastry into strips 2 cm wide. Wrap each feta stick with a pastry strip. Brush the pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Place the wrapped sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (fan 200 °C; gas: level 3‑4) for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the pumpkin puree, yogurt, and honey into a creamy dip. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and thyme. Serve the feta sticks with the pumpkin dip.
