Try this Oriental yogurt dessert!

Ingredients

  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Roast walnuts in a dry pan until golden brown, remove and let cool.

  2. 2.

    Peel oranges with a sharp knife. Cut the fruit in half and slice into rounds, catching the juice that drips out.

    Distribute oranges and walnuts over 4 glasses.

    Mix orange juice with yogurt and quark, pour over the oranges and sprinkle with cinnamon.
