- 75 g radishes
- 50 ml beetroot juice
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 300 g cold buttermilk
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 EL chives

Wash and peel the radishes. Using a vegetable peeler, cut one radish into two thin spirals and set aside. Chop the remaining radishes into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add beetroot juice, lemon juice, and buttermilk; blend until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

For serving, lay chives on a plate. Moisten the rims of two glasses with water and dip them in the chives. Pour the radish buttermilk into the glasses and garnish with the radish spirals.
