Orange Yogurt

Spoonsparrow Orange Yogurt: Fresh cherries bring a summer vibe, while the yogurt is fortified with calcium for dental health.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp almond flakes
  • 300 g sweet cherries
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 0.5 Orange
  • 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Roast almond flakes in a dry pan until golden and let them cool on a plate.

    Wash the cherries and drain them in a sieve. Pit the cherries using a cherry pitter.

    Squeeze half an orange to obtain 1 tbsp of juice.

  4. 4.

    Whisk together honey, orange juice, and yogurt.

  5. 5.

    Divide cherries into two glasses or bowls, pour the yogurt over them, and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
