The Chia Yogurt Pudding from Spoonsparrow delivers plenty of protein and can be prepped easily. The perfect Clean Eating breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 100 g kiwi (2 kiwis)
  • 600 g small ripe mango (2 small ripe mangos)
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 60 g chia seeds

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and slice them. Peel the mangos, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into small cubes. Divide half of the fruit among 4 glasses.

    Whisk the yogurt with honey until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds and spread the yogurt cream over the fruit pieces in the glasses.

    Cover the cream with the remaining fruit and let the chia pudding set for about 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.
