Chia Pudding with ACTIVIA Fruit Yogurt

Spoonsparrow and ACTIVIA present: Chia pudding with ACTIVIA fruit yogurt – pineapple, coconut flakes, and almonds add a touch of exotic flair!
Ingredients
- 60 g chia seeds
- 180 ml orange juice
- 180 ml milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 4 cups ACTIVIA recipes (peach & passionfruit)
- 1 peach
- 1 Nectarine
- 2 pineapple slices
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 g muesli
- 4 tbsp toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter

Let chia seeds soak in orange juice, milk, and a pinch of cinnamon for at least 10 minutes (or overnight). Divide the chia pudding with ACTIVIA peach & passionfruit into four bowls.

Peel and cube pineapple, peach, and nectarine. Mix all fruit together and combine with muesli before spooning onto the chia pudding. Sprinkle toasted almonds and coconut flakes on top; optionally drizzle warmed peanut butter for an extra kick. Ready to serve.
