Ingredients

  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 80 g honey
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 4 wooden sticks

    Wash the oranges hot, pat dry and grate the peel. Juice them and simmer with honey until slightly reduced, then pour into a bowl to cool. Add the orange zest, well-drained cream cheese, and yogurt, mixing thoroughly. Whip the cream to semi-firm peaks and fold in gently. Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze for about 2 hours. Insert wooden sticks into the center and continue freezing for another ~3 hours until fully solid.

    Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving. Release from the molds.
