Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 250 ml orange juice
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
- 60 g sugar
- cavity chocolate egg

Rinse the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles, set aside some for garnish and finely chop the rest.

Bring together orange juice with lemon juice, 250 ml water, rosemary, and sugar in a pot to boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Transfer mixture into a metal bowl and place in freezer for 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork. Fill the granita into chocolate eggs or glasses and garnish immediately with remaining rosemary needles.
