Orange Pudding

Ingredients
- 60 g sugar
- 3 tbsp orange liqueur
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 g sugar
- 50 ml orange juice
- 3 tbsp orange liqueur
- orange strips (for garnish)
- 6 soufflé cups (or small bowls)
Instructions

Add the sugar to a pot and melt it while stirring, caramelizing until golden brown. Carefully stir in the orange liqueur. Pour the caramel into greased soufflé cups (or small bowls) and let set.

Whisk all ingredients for the flan together and spread over the caramel layer.

Place the cups in a baking dish and pour hot water up to halfway up the sides of the cups, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.

After cooking, allow to rest for a few minutes, then loosen around with a knife and pour the flan onto plates. Garnish with fine orange strips.

Serve the flan warm or cold.
