Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp walnut kernels (15 g each)
  • 2 tbsp peanut kernels (15 g each)
  • 180 g rolled oats
  • 400 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey (15 g each)

Instructions

    Peel the bananas and slice them. Rinse the blueberries, wash, and drain.

    Chop the walnut and peanut kernels and mix with the oats. Then combine with the bananas and berries. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that is slightly smaller than the basket.

    Whisk together the milk, egg, cinnamon, and honey, then pour over the mixture. Bake the oatmeal at 180 °C for 20–25 minutes in a convection fryer. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving from the dish.
