Orange Marzipan Pralines

Ingredients

  • 125 g orangeat
  • 200 g marzipanrohmasse
  • 100 g puderzucker
  • 150 g zartbitterkuvertüre
  • 1 unbehandelte orange

Instructions

    Dice the orangeat into small cubes and knead with the marzipan and powdered sugar. Divide and shape each portion into a roll about 1 cm in diameter. Cut into pieces about 4 cm long and reshape if necessary.

    Chop the chocolate finely and melt over a double boiler. Wash the orange hot, dry it, and grate the peel finely.

  3. 3.

    Dip the small sticks in the melted chocolate (use a small fork for this) and let them drip on a praline rack. Sprinkle with the orange zest and allow to dry.
