Ingredients

  • 300 g blue grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp crunchy caramel

Instructions

    Wash, clean, halve and pit the grapes. Peel the kiwis, cut them lengthwise and slice into thin rounds. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove cores and cut into very narrow slivers. Peel the bananas and slice crosswise into about 0.5 cm thick pieces. Mix all fruits in a salad bowl.

    Whisk lemon juice and honey together and pour over the fruit.

    Stir mascarpone with orange liqueur, fold in crunchy caramel and serve the cream with the fruit.
