Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet genuine Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 pears

    Whisk the egg yolk and sugar until fluffy. Stir in spoonfuls of yogurt and mascarpone, then chill the cream.

    Wash grapes for the fruit salad, halve them and remove seeds.

    Peel oranges so that even the white pith is removed. Separate orange segments from the membranes.

    Peel bananas, slice into rounds, and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel pears, halve them, remove core, and cut into wedges.
