Ingredients

  • 2 kg oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 80 ml Orange liqueur
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice. Press the pulp through a fine sieve again to remove excess liquid. Juice the lemon.

    Fill the total orange juice and lemon juice, adding water if needed, up to 1 liter. Add liqueur and sugar, stir, and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 4 minutes while stirring constantly.

    Perform a gelatin test and fill prepared jars completely. Turn them upside down, let cool for a few minutes, flip again, and allow to set.
