- 1.2 kg oranges (incl. juice)
- 2 oranges (zest)
- 600 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- juice of 1 lemon

Peel the oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, dice the fruit flesh finely, remove seeds and catch the juice. Mix the fruit mass with juice, zest, orange liqueur and lemon juice, weigh it and combine with half the amount of gelatin sugar; cover and let sit overnight. Then transfer to a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling, fill jars, seal tightly, turn upside down for a few minutes, and allow to cool.
