Ingredients
- 750 g rhubarb
- 750 g oranges (filleted 750 g)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
- 500 g diet pectin sugar (3:1)
Instructions
-
1.
Wash, trim, peel, and cut the rhubarb into small pieces. Thoroughly peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut fruit fillets from the segments and catch the juice that drips out. Squeeze the juice from the orange pulp.

2.
Cut the orange fillets into thirds. Mix the rhubarb and orange pieces with the pectin sugar, transfer to a large pot, and slowly bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring. Let it bubble for about 4 minutes, perform a gelling test, add citric acid if needed. Fill the prepared jars to the brim, seal tightly, place upside down for 10 minutes, then let cool.
