Orange Jelly

A fresh orange jelly recipe featuring bright citrus flavors.
Ingredients
- 80 g sugar
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 8 sheets white gelatin
- 500 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 blood orange
- 1 orange
- 1 untreated orange (zest)

Cook the sugar with lemon juice until syrupy.

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Stir 100 ml of orange juice into the syrup, squeeze out the gelatin sheets and dissolve them in the hot liquid, then pour in the remaining blood orange juice. Pour the mixture into glasses and let set for at least 3 hours. Just before the gelatin hardens, place peeled (including white skin) sliced blood orange and orange on top.
