Ingredients
- 4 heat‑proof ramekins (150 ml capacity)
- 2 oranges
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- 1 tsp unprocessed orange zest
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml milk

Peel the oranges, remove all white pith from the peel. Separate the segments and catch the juice that drips out. Heat 50 g sugar, 3 Tbsp water and the collected juice together, stirring until it caramelises. Distribute into the ramekins and swirl them quickly to coat. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan‑forced.
