Orange Flan

Ingredients
- 60 g sugar
- 3 tbsp Cointreau
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 50 ml orange juice
- 3 tbsp Cointreau
- 6 ramekins (Ø 7 cm)
- 125 g fresh raspberries
- 0.5 orange (cut into wedges)
Instructions

Add sugar to a pot and caramelize it over medium heat while stirring until golden brown, deglaze with Cointreau and pour the mixture into the ramekins.

Whisk all flan ingredients together and pour over the caramel layer. Fill the oven pan with 750 ml water, place the ramekins on top, and bake at 200°C (convection) for about 35-40 minutes.

Remove from oven and let set for a few minutes. Loosen the flan from the rim and plate onto dessert dishes. Garnish with raspberries and orange wedges before serving.
