Orange Cold Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large organic oranges
  • 40 g honey
  • Pinion and pistachio kernels (1 tsp each)
  • 100 ml Orange Juice

Instructions

    Peel the orange segments and fillet, catching the juice. Arrange the fillets in a star shape on two deep plates. With your hand press the remaining juice from the membranes and top with orange juice.

    Heat honey in a small pot, add orange juice while stirring, bring to a boil once. Drizzle the fillets with the sauce and chill for at least 1 hour. Toast pistachios and pine nuts in a non-stick pan without oil, chop and sprinkle over the fillets.
