Orange Cake

Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 300 g honey
- 6 Eggs
- 1 untreated orange (grated zest)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 200 g grated almond kernels
- 2 Oranges (juice)
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- semolina breadcrumbs (for dusting)
- 200 g whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 untreated orange (for zest)

Beat butter with 250 g honey, eggs, orange zest and yogurt until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder and almonds and fold into the batter. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, grease it well and dust with semolina breadcrumbs. Pour the batter in, smooth the surface and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack and remove the parchment. Warm orange juice with remaining honey and orange liqueur and let cool. Prick the cake surface several times with a toothpick and drizzle with the orange mixture until all liquid is absorbed. Cool again.

Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff and spread over the cake, then sprinkle with orange zest.
