Ingredients

  • 2 sheets gelatin
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 untreated oranges (zest and juice)
  • 160 g double cream cream cheese

Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in cold water. Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy. Warm 4 tbsp of orange juice and dissolve the extracted gelatin in it. Stir the cream cheese, gelatin, and remaining orange juice into the egg foam.

    Beat the whites stiff and fold them into the cream cheese mixture. Divide into four heart-shaped bowls, sprinkle with grated orange zest, cover, and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
