Ingredients

  • 4 entrecôte steaks
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 6 onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • paprika powder
  • 1 packet potato mash powder

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, salt and pepper. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Heat butter and oil in a pan and fry onion rings portion by portion, sprinkling with paprika powder.

    In a second pan heat clarified butter and sear the steaks, turning them for 4 minutes. Remove, wrap in foil.
