Ingredients
- 500 g onions
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 800 ml meat broth
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Heat the oil in a pot and slowly sauté the onions for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until they soften. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper, then simmer for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to brown. Add the mushrooms and cook together for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

Pour in the broth and wine, bring to a boil, then let it simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the soup, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and serve.
