Ingredients

  • 4 radishes
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 50 g goat fresh cheese
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., chervil, chives, parsley, basil etc.)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 splash Lemon juice

Instructions

    Wash, peel and finely dice the radishes. Mix the quark with sour cream and goat cheese, then fold in the herbs and diced radishes.

    Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, and serve as a spread on fresh bread.
