Quark Dessert with Blackberries

The quark dessert with blackberries from Spoonsparrow tastes great again and again.

Ingredients

  • 250 g blackberries
  • 500 g quark
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 100 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Wash, clean, rinse the blackberries and let them drain. Set aside 4 berries for garnish.

    Place the remaining blackberries in a tall container and puree finely with an immersion blender. Whisk quark with milk, honey, and lime juice until smooth, then fold in the blackberry purée.

    Fill glasses, whip the cream to stiff peaks, spoon a dollop on top, and garnish with a blackberry before serving.
