Ingredients
- 100 g cooked spaghetti
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 6 Eggs
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tsp butter

Grate the Emmental cheese finely.

Wash, halve, core and dice the tomatoes.

Wash the chives and pat them dry.

Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper well and stir in the cheese.

Heat 1 tsp butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat, pour half of the egg mixture, then spread half of the spaghetti on top. Let it set for 5 minutes. Keep the omelette warm in the oven at 50°C. Repeat with another batch.

For serving, distribute chives and tomatoes over the omelettes, season with salt and pepper, and roll them up.
