Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 1 EL olive oil
- Salt
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Garlic clove
- pepper (ground)
- 1 rosemary sprig

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, quarter them lengthwise and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and salt. Bake in a preheated oven (middle rack, fan 180°C) for about 30 minutes, turning midway.

Meanwhile wash, trim, and cut the other vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic and slice finely.

Add everything to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add rosemary, and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Serve with a slice of baguette.
