Omelette with Goat Cheese

A protein-packed low-carb omelette that delights the palate.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 g goat fresh cheese
  • 1 bundle basil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Roughly cube the goat cheese, cut the basil into fine strips leaving 5-6 leaves intact, then add the cheese and basil to the eggs.

    Heat the butter in a pan, pour in the egg-cheese mixture, cover and cook over low heat until set. Before serving top with the remaining basil leaves.
