- 200 g olives
- 200 g artichoke hearts (from jar)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Peel the garlic. Blend the artichoke hearts with olive oil and lemon juice, squeeze in the garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
