Ingredients

  • 100 g olives
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp rosemary needles
  • 50 g almond kernels
  • 50 g Lopino
  • pepper (ground)
  • Salt

Instructions

    Blend olives with lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, thyme; add rosemary and almonds in a blender, then add Lopino and blend again briefly.

    Season with pepper and salt, serve with baguette.
