Ingredients
- 400 g okra pods
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- Salt
- chili powder
- 2 tbsp chopped chives

Wash and pat dry the okra pods. Trim the stems slightly so as not to damage the fruit. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends, blanch, shock, peel, quarter, seed, and chop into pieces. Peel the onions and garlic cloves and finely dice both. Together in a hot pan with oil sauté for about 2 minutes until translucent. Deglaze with wine and stir in the tomatoes. Season with salt and chili, add the okra, cover and simmer together for about 10 minutes.
