Ingredients

  • 250 g lentils
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 chili peppers
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash lentils thoroughly and bring 0.5 l cold water to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.

    Clean spring onions, wash them, and cut into thick rings. Split chili peppers lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, and slice into thin rings. Peel garlic cloves and finely chop.
