Cauliflower with Pine Nuts and Parmesan

The cauliflower dish with pine nuts and parmesan from Spoonsparrow is beautifully aromatic and also works for beginner cooks.

Ingredients

  • 800 g cauliflower (1 head)
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 30 g butter (2 tbsp)
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 30 g parmesan (1 piece)
  • 20 g basil (1 bunch)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Boil in salted water for about 6–8 minutes until al dente.

    Meanwhile, wash, deseed and finely chop the chili pepper. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Melt butter in a pan and toast the chili, garlic and pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown. Grate the parmesan. Wash, dry shake and chop the basil.
