Paprika Vegetable with Rice

Ingredients
- 350 g rice
- Salt
- 2 carrots
- 5 bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- Pepper
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp paprika paste
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (hot)
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 100 ml broth
- 50 ml whipping cream
- fresh marjoram
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Sour cream

Bring 700 ml salted water to a boil in a pot. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Wash, halve, deseed, remove the skins of the bell peppers and dice them. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions with the carrot pieces, deglaze with broth and cover for about 5 minutes to steam. Then stir in the paprika powder and paprika paste, pour in wine, cream and broth, add the pepper pieces and some finely chopped marjoram, let simmer gently for another 3-5 minutes. Stir in the parmesan, bring to a boil again and season with salt and pepper.

Fill the rice into a large greased or four small greased ring molds, press down and plate on a dish.

Serve the vegetables in the center, garnished with sour cream and marjoram.
