Ingredients

  • 800 g sea bass fillet (ready to cook)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 400 g fresh pineapple
  • 250 g Wild rice blend

Instructions

    Wash the sea bass and pat dry.

    Combine the oil with the spices and rub onto the sea bass. Place in a heat‑proof dish, cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

    Cook the rice according to package instructions.

    Dice the pineapple into small cubes, sprinkle over the fish, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Leave in the turned‑off oven for another 5 minutes to finish. Slice and serve on top of the rice.
