Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 50 g soft butter
- 250 g mature Camembert
- 20 ml alcohol‑free white beer
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch ground caraway
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Whisk the butter until foamy, then add the Camembert, onion, white beer, paprika powder and caraway, stirring with a fork until creamy.

If needed, add more white beer. Season with salt and pepper and serve with radishes and pretzels to taste.
