Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 1 small onion
- 200 g mature camembert
- a pinch paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- Pepper
- ground caraway
- 1 tbsp beer (wheat beer)
- a handful chives

Whisk the butter until fluffy. Peel and finely dice the onion. Place the camembert in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the diced onions and butter. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper, and ground caraway, then mix well. Stir in a little beer to create a creamy consistency. Rinse the chives, pat dry, and cut into fine ribbons. Sprinkle the ribbons over the obatzda and serve immediately.
