Ingredients
- 250 g mature Camembert
- 50 g soft butter
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 small onion
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 3 radishes
- 2 tbsp chives sprigs
- farm bread (or rye bread)
Instructions

Crush the Camembert and butter together with a fork until smooth, then fold in the cream cheese and paprika until a homogeneous mixture forms.

Peel and finely chop the onion, mix it into the spread, season with salt and pepper, tasting as you go.

Wash, trim, and slice the radishes into very thin sticks.

Spread the cheese on the bread and top with radish sticks and chives sprigs before serving.
